The current organizational environment drives the search for innovative solutions for fast and accurate decision-making, making project management a dynamic and data-driven field. This article investigates how the integration of artificial intelligence (AI) and automation can enhance decision-making in project management, offering valuable insights for leaders and managers. AI, with its data analysis and machine learning capabilities, enables trend forecasting and early risk identification, empowering managers to make more informed and strategic decisions. Furthermore, automating routine tasks streamlines processes, reduces workload, and allows greater focus on critical activities. The digitalization of project management, combined with AI, demonstrates improved organizational performance, while the transition to agile and hybrid methodologies reinforces the adaptability required in complex environments. The use of interactive dashboards and automated reports increases transparency and stakeholder accountability. In conclusion, AI and automation are transforming project management by enhancing the effectiveness of strategic decisions and ensuring organizational success in a landscape that demands speed and precision
