Public security in Manaus faces the challenge of combating property crime in high-complexity urban areas. This article aims to analyze the dynamics of street robberies in the Novo Aleixo neighborhood and propose policing strategies based on the analysis of criminal hotspots. Using a quantitative and exploratory approach, geoprocessing data from the Public Security Secretariat of Amazonas (SSP-AM) comparing 2024 and 2025 were analyzed. The results indicated a reduction in total volume from 1,214 (2024) to 908 (2025) occurrences. However, qualitative analysis revealed the spatial persistence of crime clusters and identified a severe tactical anomaly: the consolidation of a hotspot on TV Cajobi Street, located just 250 meters from the North Battalion. The incidence of violent robberies in this security zone, invariably coinciding with the 05:00 AM peak, suggests the exploitation of police shift change routines by offenders. The study also confirmed the predominance of motorcycles and firearms as the standard modus operandi. Based on Situational Crime Prevention Theory, the implementation of the "Secure Perimeter Operation" and the logistical review of shift schedules are proposed to cover the detected temporal "blind spots." It is concluded that consistent crime reduction requires a transition from random patrolling to a model guided by spatial intelligence.
