Abstract

The All-on-Four technique has become an effective approach for oral rehabilitation of completely edentulous patients, combining biomechanical stability with esthetics and function. Immediate loading on implants placed using this configuration has been the subject of studies due to the advantages of reducing rehabilitation time and increasing patient satisfaction. This article aims to review the scientific literature on the feasibility, indication criteria, and clinical outcomes of immediate loading on All-on-Four prostheses. The review showed high success rates when patient selection and surgical-prosthetic protocols are properly followed.
